"Launched in 2007 from Jessamyn Waldman Rodriguez's kitchen, Hot Bread Kitchen is now a nonprofit New York City-based bakery that supplies ethnic breads to dozens of retail outlets (both locally and across the countryuincluding seven Whole Foods stores in New York City and Dean & Deluca locations in New York, DC, North Carolina, Kansas, and California) while employing and empowering immigrant women.
