The Night is Long

When Martin Bourke is assigned by the church to investigate a new religious group, the information he uncovers will change his life forever. He discovers the great secrets and hidden mysteries of human spiritual history. Eventually this knowledge brings him into conflict with the church. This is also a story, inspired by real events, that tells of a retired couple who move into a new house that has an unseen ghostly occupant, whom the husband decides to contact. This will have consequences. By the time they meet, both Martin and the couple will have undergone huge transformations in their lives brought on by their contact with unseen worlds. The reader will find that intertwined with a chilling but also fascinating story are explanations of the great mysteries of the world. This is a gripping, fast-paced tale. It can be quite scary in parts, especially as it is based on actual events.
