Cuando la CIA no puede responder a la amenaza del terrorismo internacional entra en juego el Campus, una organizacion secreta creada por el ex presidente Jack Ryan, que cuenta con sus propios fondos. Su principal objetivo es el Emir, el cerebro del 11-S, que se dispone a realizar nuevos atentados en territorio norteamericano. Mientras los agentes del Campus intentan descubrir su paradero, Jack Ryan decide abandonar su retiro para luchar por la presidencia del pais. / Jack Ryan, Jr. and his colleagues at the Campus have waged a campaign against terrorists who threaten western civilization.
