Danny's Egg

Reissue of a novel for older children, first published 1989. Tells the story of the conflict between Hacker, the school bully, and Danny, who wants to hatch out the emu egg he has found in the bush and raise the chick as a pet. Hacker has other ideas and releases a hungry goanna. Award-winning author has previously written many novels for children including 'Blue Fin' and 'Brahminy'.
