Dealer's Choice 1983 is Colonel Tom Kelly's 3rd published book. Tenth Legion 1973, T.H.Kelly Handbook 1982, Here is Tom's note about the book. " It is unual to see on the flyleaf of most books a mealy mouthed disclaimer by the author to the effect that all of the book's people are fictiocious and all the situations are imaginary. You will not find that statement here. Ocassionally, a name has been changed to protect the guily, but these people are real, their situations are true and the conditions actually exist.
