A Crime Too Far is the story of a botched kidnapping which leads to the death of a Hollywood actress. The killers leave no clues which leads to an outcry by the media. Still desperate for money the killers carry out a simple robbery which leads to the brutal slaughter of a family. The killers leave a vital clue behind which leads to their identity. There is a race against time for the FBI to catch the killers before they themselves are killed. Even in police custody they are not safe.
